We are a dynamic and collaborative finance team seeking a motivated Junior/Mid-Level Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, resolving various queries
• Ensure timely bank payments and bank reconciliations
• Provide support in preparing tax returns across LT and US jurisdictions.
• Contribute to the timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reporting
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
• Effectively manage priorities to ensure the most impactful tasks are completed first.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a multinational environment
• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Good spoken and written Lithuanian and English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to initiate communication, effectively follow through, and provide status updates

Salary

2000 – 3200 EUR Gross.
The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
