Supplier Engagement Manager (B2B Sales)

Job Summary:

Bison Commerce is a fast-growing eCommerce company seeking a motivated and results-driven Supplier Engagement Manager to strengthen our B2B supplier network. This is a mid-level role designed for a sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, winning deals, and driving partnerships that fuel long-term growth.

While you will take the lead on front-line supplier acquisition—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—it also includes a managerial and back-end operational component. You will oversee the onboarding process, track initial supplier performance, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. In essence, this position requires forward-thinking, cross department collaboration, and the ability to balance relationship-building with strategic decision-making.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, qualify, and research potential suppliers across several product categories.
  • Proactively reach out to suppliers via email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Lead opportunities through every stage of the pipeline: identification, outreach, pitching, negotiation, agreement, and internal system setup.
  • Leverage capabilities decks and value proposition sheets throughout the sales process, tailoring and updating them to match targeted supplier’s profile.
  • Deliver live capabilities presentations during sales calls.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and business expos in the U.S.
  • Track, measure, and optimize sales efforts in CRM, hitting weekly activity benchmarks to secure new supplier partnerships.

What we expect:

  • Outstanding English communication skills, both vocal and written.
  • Excellent relationship-building and good negotiation skills.
  • Resilience, motivation, and the ability to remain engaged during challenging periods.
  • 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience/knowledge of modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
  • Being familiar with tools such as Helium10, Keepa, Notion, and Asana is bonus.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce business models and strategy.
  • Ability to combine an analytical approach with relationship-building to drive sales.

Salary

2150-2500 €/mon. gross.
The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
