Onboarding Specialist

Bison Commerce is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will ensure seamless onboarding experience for new suppliers, being a key player between Supplier Engagement and Supplier Management. Your mission is to create a supplier-first mentality driven experience that sets every new partner up for success—from handling compliance documents to configuring systems, guiding suppliers through their first orders, and delivering a clean handoff to the Supplier Management team.

What you'll do:

  • Attend meetings with new and existing suppliers (need to adjust to supplier time zone).
  • Manage supplier agreements, credit applications, COIs, LoAs, SoRs, and other compliance documents.
  • Set up new suppliers in internal systems (supplier cards, agreements, products, inventory).
  • Import and validate product data, proactively resolving quality issues.
  • Guide suppliers on portal navigation, order processing, and shipping/labeling practices.
  • Answer early questions and troubleshoot common issues
  • Monitor and assist suppliers through their first orders to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace, Product Data, and Marketing teams to support supplier launches.
  • Initiate early marketing and promotional activities where budgets allow.\

Salary

2148,76 €/mon. gross.
The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
