Privacy Notice for Job Candidates
How UAB Bison Commerce processes the personal data of candidates applying for or participating in recruitment processes.
Who processes your data and why?
Data Controller: UAB Bison Commerce (hereinafter the "Company"), legal entity code: 304290963, registered office address: Veiverių g. 90, LT-46271, Kaunas, Lithuania, hereby informs that the data of candidates applying for or participating in specific recruitment processes will be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:

Once the specific recruitment process is completed, the data provided by candidates who were not selected (including the CV) is destroyed without delay unless you indicate otherwise.
What rights do you have?
We inform you that you have the following rights:
- To access your data and learn how it is processed (right of access);
- To request the rectification or, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, the completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification);
- To have your data erased (except for storage) (right to erasure and right to be "forgotten");
- To request that the data controller restrict the processing of personal data (right to restriction);
- The right to data portability (right to portability);
- Where data is processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object;
- Where data is processed on the basis of your consent, without suffering any adverse consequences, to refuse the processing of your data and, once consent has been given, to withdraw your consent at any time;
- To lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
You are not obliged to provide information about yourself, however, without knowing information relevant to your employment, we will not be able to objectively assess your suitability. Our employees have undertaken in writing not to disclose or share with third parties the information received in the workplace, including information about job candidates. If you provide contact persons who could recommend you, please inform them that you have shared their contact details with us and that we may reach out to them in the near future.
May we contact your former and current employers?
WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER. WE ARE ENTITLED TO CONTACT YOUR FORMER EMPLOYERS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW AND WILL NOT NECESSARILY NOTIFY YOU SEPARATELY.
Consent for further storage of the candidate's data
If you wish UAB Bison Commerce to retain your contact details or your CV and other data collected during the recruitment process for 2 years for future job offers, please inform the recruitment staff of this preference or mark your choice below. Please note that, without suffering any adverse consequences, you have the right to refuse and, once you have consented, to withdraw this consent at any time. Your choice will have no negative impact either on this recruitment process or in the future.
