  • What is the new name of the company, and what do we need to update in our records?

    Our new company name is “Bison Commerce”. You can refer to our business as Bison Commerce moving forward. Our legal name is changing from "BisonOffice LLC" to "Bison Commerce LLC." Please update this information in your records.

  • When will the name change take effect?

    The name change is effective as of October 16, 2024. All legal documentation, including registrations with the state, IRS, and banking institutions, has been updated to reflect this change.

  • Will your mailing address, Tax ID, or bank account details change?

    Our mailing address, Tax ID, and bank account details will remain the same. Payments made or checks written out to “BisonOffice” or “Bison Commerce” will continue to be processed.

  • How will the rebrand impact invoicing and payments?

    You should update your invoices to show “Bison Commerce” going forward. Our bank details will remain the same, but outbound payments from us will now display as "Bison Commerce LLC."

    Yes, our email addresses will change to @bisoncommerce.com. Please update any mailbox rules and monitor spam folders for emails from this domain. We will continue to receive email and meeting invites to our old @bisonoffice.com email addresses, but we encourage you to start using our new domain going forward.

  • What will happen to your websites?

    BisonCommerce.com will now serve as our corporate website, where you can find information about our business and partnerships. BisonOffice.com will continue to operate as our marketplace website for marketplace sales.

  • When will the new logo be available, and how should we use it?

    The new logo is available now. We request that all suppliers transition to the new logo before the end of the year. You can download both the Bison Commerce and BisonOffice logos from the top of this page. Please use the Bison Commerce logo for corporate references (BisonCommerce.com) and the BisonOffice logo for marketplace references (BisonOffice.com).
