Product Data Specialist

Job Summary:

Bison Commerce is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Information Specialist to manage product information within our internal systems and across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, good English skills, experience in efficiently processing large volume of information. Experience in managing product data would be a key advantage. This role is essential for ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and optimized to drive engagement and sales across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload new product information and update existing product data in internal systems.
• Regularly review and maintain the accuracy and relevance of product descriptions within internal systems.
• Coordinate and update product information across various sales channels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Execute assigned projects from Head of department, contributing to the development and optimization of product management processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel for data entry, analysis, and data management.
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The ability to accurately process large volumes of information.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Determined and solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.

Salary

1400-1570 €/mon. gross
The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
